Kimberly serves as President. She is a forensic accountant who brings the organization more than 25 years of progressive accounting, engineering and management leadership in both domestic and international operations. She has worked in engineering, accounting and financial operations, and corporate headquarters as a CFO. Among the companies she has served are IBM, Philip Morris/Kraft, Gartner Group, Box USA and the United Methodist Church.

SPG Leadership
Stephen Crotty | VP of Global Supply Chain
Stephen serves as Vice President of Global Supply Chain. He brings more than 25 years of Supply Chain and Plant management experience in domestic and international companies. As Plant Manager for a capital equipment manufacturer, he drove cost reductions and increased efficiencies to gain a competitive edge over others in the industry. In this role he also managed outsourcing activities in Slovakia and China. In his current position at SPG he manages Global Supply Chain operations in Mexico, China and Taiwan as well as the US Supply Chain team for SPG’s plants in the United States. He is responsible for global transportation and has successfully managed several international product rollouts for SPG’s customers.
Stephen has APICS certification as well as a B.S. degree from Berry College.
Derek Volling | VP Manufacturing
Derek serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing for SPG International, LLC. Derek has been with SPG since 2017. He brings the organization 20 years of prior experience from plant manager of the SPG Freeport, IL facility, a fast-paced Tier Two automotive supplier where he served as a Supervisor, Plant Superintendent and Operations Manager. He has a strong background in Lean Technology with a Sig Sigma Green Belt.
Derek has an Associates of Art business degree from Highland Community College. He also served as an officer for the Stockton Fire department for 10 years.
Deborah Langford | Director of Human Resources
Deborah serves as the Director of Human Resources for SPG International, LLC. Deborah has been with SPG since 2016. Deborah is a human resource professional. She brings the organization over 27 years of prior experience as a highly accomplished, self- motivated HR/Payroll professional with deep knowledge of progressive payroll processing and HR Manager at the Atlanta Corporate office. She enjoys helping employees advance their careers. She is passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She specializes in talent management and employee relations organization.
Deborah has worked in accounting, finance, and manufacturing operations. Among the companies she has served are Marco Manufacturing, U S Food Service, Americold Logistics, CHRIS Kids and Bank of America.
She attended Clark Atlanta University with a major in Computer Science and Accounting.
Ryan J. Heard | Director of Information Technology
Ryan joined SPG in 2025, bringing with him an impressive 22 years of IT experience. His expertise spans across Networking, Systems Administration, and a significant 12 years dedicated to ERP, Cybersecurity, and IT Leadership. Ryan’s career is marked by his diverse exposure to manufacturing and compliance technology implementations across various industries, including Medical, Food Processing, Automotive, and Metal Fabrication. His notable contributions have been recognized in companies such as Flexible Metal Inc, Harrison Poultry, and Horizon Software. Ryan’s leadership and technical acumen continue to drive SPG’s innovation and success in the ever-evolving IT landscape
Michael Lorenz | VP of Sales and Marketing
Michael serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He brings the organization over 20 years of experience as a highly accomplished, self-motivated sales leader with deep knowledge of the sales process and demonstrated analytical and team management skills. Proven track record of generating new business through strategic negotiation while cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, executing commercial strategies and tactics. Develops, leads, and manages commercial teams, creating and supporting a high-performance culture.
Among the companies he has served are Siemens, Sebia, Sempermed, and Worthington Industries.

Daniel P. Anderson | VP of Finance and Accounting
Dan joined the SPG team in February 2023 after being engaged as a consultant via a contracting arrangement through Robert Half. While at SPG, Dan has been managing responsibilities for manufacturing and corporate accounting. He has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, sales, revenue/cost analysis, and management. Dan previously had accounting and managerial roles with industrial, construction (home and road building), consumer products, and medical manufacturing companies. Among the companies he has served are: Astellas Pharma, Saputo Cheese, Solo Cup, Gold Eagle Company, Unistrut, Westrock, Exide Technologies, NiSource and Avanos Medical. Dan has an extensive consulting background and experience implementing ERP and information systems.
Dan received his B.A. and M.B.A. from Benedictine University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
